B.E.E. folder organization system

The B.E.E. folder stands for bring everything everyday. This will be our main folder all year and is a great way for us all to stay organized. The left side pocket is for papers that need to be returned to school and the right side is for papers that need to be removed from the folder and left at home. Please check both pockets each evening. The zipper pouch is for transporting money and any notes you need to send, such as Dr. excuses, changes in pick-up or bus schedule, etc. When sending money please put it in a sealed, labeled baggie or envelope with your child’s name, my name, and what the money is for.  The clear page protector is the homework pouch where students can place homework and paperback books to and from school. The paper is for us to communicate with each other, if needed (please put the date whenever you write me and I will do the same). Please remember to check the BEE folder and homework pouch nightly!  Also, remember to sign the assignment sheet and return it in the homework pouch daily.
