Welcome to the Boyd County ACCESS program at the Heritage Center. NATIONAL CHAMPS!!! The BCHS Scholastic 3-D Archery Team 
 were the National Champions in the competition held at Metropolis, Illinois! Ms. Kim Smith, far right, Treasurer of the Boyd County Foundation For Children, recognized next year's recipients of BCFFC grants. You can see more photos on the BCFFC Facebook page. The cast of Alice in Wonderland was comprised of Boyd County Schools' students and was performed at the high school's Alumni Auditorium. Ms. Johnson, standing, second from left, was the director. Lt. Governor Jenean Hampton, center, visited Catlettsburg Elementary. Far left, Matt Spade, Jeff Frasure. Far right, Kathy Cook and Interim Superintendent Bill Boblett. Ms. Lisa Wiler is recognized by the board and in conjunction with the state of Kentucky's designation of February as Gifted Education Appreciation month. Ms. Missy Conley was not able to attend.
